Elbigenalp can be easily reached in winter: just follow our istructions. Only the Arlberg pass and the Hahntennjoch are not open during this season.



coming from Germany (Ulm):
Motorway A7, exit Oy - to Oberjoch - border crossing -
Tannheimer Tal - Weißenbach - to Steeg - Elbigenalp.
In this way you avoid the route Nadelöhr Füssen-Pfronten!

Coming from Germany (Munich):
Motorway A95, end of the motorway - Oberau - to Oberammergau - Ettal -
on the left to Ammerwald - border crossing - Plansee - Reutte -
Kreisverkehr to Lechtal - Elbigenalp.

Coming from Switzerland:
Motorway A1, exit Au -Grenzübergang - Lustenau - Dornbirn -
Bödele - Schwarzenberg an der Kirche to Bersbuch - Mellau - Bregenzerwald - Warth - Steeg - Elbigenalp
