This privacy statement informs users on the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible operator (check operator of the site) on this site. The legal fundamentals of data privacy are found in the “Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG)” and the”elemediengesetz” (TMG).

Access Data/Server-Logfiles

The provider (or its web-space provider resp.) collects data on every single access on the offer (so-called server logfiles).

The access data includes: The name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of the retrieval, the transferred amount of data, reports on successful retrieval, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, URL of the referred page (page visited before), IP-address and requesting provider. The offering business uses this protocol data only for statistical purposes for operating, safety and optimising of the offer.

The offering business reserve the right to check the protocol data in retrospect, if there are clear signs of illegal use of the site.

Dealing with Personal Data

Personal data is data by means of which a person can be identified, this means information that can be traced back to a person. The name, e-mail address or phone number is part of this data. But also data on preferences, hobbies, memberships of which websites were visited are personal data.

The provider of this website collects, uses and hands on personal data only if this is legally permissible and the users have agreed to this data collection.

Contact

If e.g. you contact the provider (for example with the contact form or by e-mail), then the user data is saved for processing the enquiry and for possible additional questions.

Integration of Services and Contents of Third Parties

It is possible that within the online offer of the site contents of third parties, such as videos by YouTube, map material by Google Maps, RSS-feeds or graphic depictions of other websites are integrated. This always requires that the providers of these contents (hereafter referred to as “third parties”) not the IP-address of the user. Without the IP-address that contents cannot be sent to the browser of the respective user. The IP-address is therefore required for displaying these contents. We do our best to use only contents of pages, which use the IP-address only for delivering the contents. But we cannot guarantee that the third-parties do not save the IP-address, for example for statistical purposes. If we know about such a use, we inform our users there of.
